Well versed in developing in place practices for team support, I identify improvement opportunities and implement efficient solutions. I’ve improved upon my long standing technical skills by exercising post-sales support in a fast paced tech-sales environment and utilized that same tech-savviness to diagnose and solve for technical difficulties.

In Q2 of 2023 I exceeded Apple Business introduction expectations (a KPI to track customer engagement) by 430%, and retained an average customer satisfaction rating of 97%. At Apple I’ve quickly learned new technical skills, like troubleshooting both iOS and MacOS software issues, providing technical support to device users, and post-sales service to new owners. Remaining passionate about collaborative environments, I constantly partner with my team members to solve complex problems and find customized solutions.

I have an Associate’s Degree of the Arts from Solano College in Liberal studies, and I’ve worked in retail sales and operations alongside my business as a freelance photographer since my graduation in 2018. I have since kept my skills fresh through professional certifications like Coursera’s Google Project Management course.
